MCT Dongle v4.2 is a small program that works offline. Previously, I also shared this same version, but some users encountered errors. Now, I am providing the latest error-free update that you can use completely offline.
However, do not skip any steps—if you do, you may face errors again. This update is tricky because the tool is no longer supported, and there have been no updates for the past year.
Before running MCT Loader, please open the MCT Fix program, click on "Change Time", and then open the loader.

Step-by-Step Guide for Setting Up and Registering MCT Loader
1. Locate "MCT Loader"
Open "GCT MCT DH Tool > MCT DH Toolbox".
Find "MCT Loader", an application file.
Resolve License Key Requirement
Run "MCT Loader".
If prompted for a license key, note your Machine ID.
Run "WLGen_MCT Dongle" as Administrator
Navigate to "Keygen > MCT Dongle".
Right-click "WLGen_MCT Dongle" and select "Run as Administrator".
Access "License Manager"
In "MCT Dongle Generator", click "License Manager".
Select "Add License" to input user details.
Create and Save a License
Enter details (e.g., Name, Hardware ID).
Set optional restrictions (e.g., Expiration Date).
Click "Save" to store license information.
Generate a License Key
Locate your saved license in "License Manager".
Click "Create License Key".
A confirmation pop-up will show the license key.
Copy License Files
Select and copy all generated license files.
Paste License Files into Toolbox Folder
Go to "MCT DH Toolbox".
Paste the copied files into this directory.
Verify Registration
Run "MCT Loader".
A pop-up should confirm successful registration.
Adjust Date and Time Settings (Required)
Open Folder: same location
Use "Change Date Time" or "Time Sync".
Restart "MCT Loader".
Manage Windows Defender Firewall
If the Windows Security Alert appears, allow "MCT Tool Loader" on private networks.
Finalize Setup with Server Confirmation
Run "MCT Loader".
A message stating "Server Done Enjoy!" confirms success.
Login Using Serial Key (KEY SN)
In the login interface, enter KEY SN (e.g., LAR4272213614951).
Click "Login".
Start the MCT Dongle Interface
Open "MCT Dongle Hassan El Atyqy".
Click "Start" to initialize.
Now your MCT Loader is successfully set up and registered
